The rounded main room opens through large double French doors to the patio. It includes a dining and game table for four, a couch, wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player with classic films, and stereo system. Bring a Fire Stick or Chromecast for your own streaming.

The walkway beside the house leads to the ocean-side pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, and beach.
Tennis doubles as two pickleball courts, and a pickleball set is provided.
There is also beach volleyball and a kids playground.
